Full Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Landscape Maintenance Worker to join our groundskeeping team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty, health, and safety of outdoor landscapes across various properties. Your work will directly contribute to creating inviting, well-manicured environments that enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of outdoor spaces. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your outdoor work experience, horticultural knowledge, and mechanical skills in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and attractive appearance. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Conduct groundskeeping duties such as leaf removal, debris cleanup, soil aeration, and planting new greenery as needed. Follow all safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment for yourself and team members. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and basic repair of landscaping equipment and power tools. Familiarity with horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, gardening, and tree trimming. Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
