Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper and bring outdoor spaces to life with your passion for horticulture and grounds maintenance! In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful landscapes that inspire and delight. Your expertise in landscape care, plant identification, and equipment operation will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, well-manicured spaces. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, Hardscapes and edging to ensure pristine outdoor spaces. Operate groundskeeping equipment such as power tools, lawnmowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Identify various plants, trees, shrubs, and flowers to ensure proper care and health of landscape features. Manage irrigation systems to optimize water use and maintain healthy plant growth. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote safety and aesthetic appeal while adhering to safety protocols. Apply pesticides and fertilizers responsibly following safety guidelines to protect plants from pests and diseases. Maintain grounds by performing routine inspections, cleaning up debris, and ensuring all landscaping equipment is in good working order. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscaping practices. Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment. Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant identification, lawn care, tree care, and gardening techniques. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems, and grounds maintenance equipment confidently. Familiarity with pesticide management procedures and safety protocols. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on safety adherence during all tasks. Strong physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
