Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and energetic Landscaper/Grass Cutter to join our expanding outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of various outdoor spaces, ensuring they are lush, well-manicured, and inviting. Your work will directly contribute to creating vibrant landscapes that enhance the environment and provide enjoyment for clients and communities alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and develop your skills in landscape maintenance and horticulture. Responsibilities Mow lawns and trim grass using hand tools, power tools, or riding mowers to achieve a neat, even appearance. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and tree/shrub care to promote healthy growth. Prune trees and shrubs through trimming or removal to maintain safety and aesthetic appeal. Perform mulch installation and garden bed maintenance Qualifications Proven experience with lawn care, landscaping, or gardening projects is preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is essential. Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices including grass cutting, tree care, and horticulture principles. Ability to operate commercial lawn mowers Must be reliable, responsible, and have reliable transportation to work every day Excellent physical stamina with the ability to stand, walk, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
