RONDOUT VALLEY CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT
is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper.Qualifications:
One year of full-time paid experience, or its part-time equivalent, in park or grounds maintenance activities.Salary:
Per ContractGeneral Responsibilities:
Incumbents in this title may perform some or all of the following, as well as other related activities not described. Mows, rakes and cuts grass; Operates grounds keeping machinery and equipment; Performs minor maintenance to grounds keeping machinery and equipment; Maintains athletic fields; Keeps grounds free of litter; Plants and care for trees, shrubs and plants; Removes snow and ice from walks, pathways and steps; May secure buildings and property; May perform routine cleaning and maintenance dutiesWork Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 a.m.-2:30 p.m., with the potential for a shift change to 12:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. at the discretion of the Director of Facilities.Additional Duties:
