Apartment painters- MUST have 2 years expeirence with apartment painting/turn overs, Duties Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primers to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality Perform residential painting using brush, roller, paint sprayers (including conventional spraying), and other hand tools to achieve precise color matching and smooth finishes Use ladders safely to access high or hard-to-reach areas during exterior and interior painting projects Grounds workers Assist with trimming shrubs, weed eating, should have knowledge of basic hand tools such as gas operated hedge trimmers, Respond with a brief resume and contact number, work starts
