At Joe Cutter's Turf & Snow LLC, our sidewalk squad turns clearing steps, storefronts, and walkways into a fast-paced team sport. We leave zero ice behind, and we have a blast doing it.

Your Action Plan:

Obliterate snow accumulation on walkways using heavy-duty shovels, high-powered snowblowers, and agile Ventrac tractors. Deploy precision salt strikes to instantly eliminate slip hazards and icy patches. Move fast and work tight with your squad to crush your assigned route. Keep the sidewalk equipment fueled, primed, and ready for immediate deployment. Are You Ready for the Draft? You have the physical stamina to lift 50 lbs, throw snow, and stay moving in freezing conditions. You are resilient enough to look a sub-zero windchill in the face and smile. You have sharp attention to detail—if there's a hidden patch of ice, you find it and fix it. You show up on time, full of energy, and ready to hustle alongside a great crew. Must have reliable transportation and valid drivers license. Interviews starts the week of 9/28/26

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 1.0 - 40.0 per week
