Landscaper / Maintenance Team Member Join the Moloney Family Funeral Homes Team! Moloney Family Funeral Homes is seeking an experienced, dependable, and hardworking Landscaper / Maintenance Team Member to join our dedicated maintenance staff. Our maintenance team is responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities at seven funeral home locations, ensuring that each property is clean, well-maintained, and presented to the highest standard. Position Responsibilities Perform routine landscaping and grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, planting, pruning, and seasonal clean-up. Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively. Perform snow removal and winter weather-related maintenance. Assist with basic building and property maintenance. Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all funeral home properties. Respond to seasonal and property maintenance needs as they arise. Follow all safety procedures and properly maintain equipment. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of landscaping experience preferred. Experience operating commercial landscaping equipment. Experience with snow removal equipment and winter property maintenance. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining beautiful, well-kept properties. Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities. Must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds. Must be available to work some weekends and additional hours as needed, particularly during peak seasons and for overtime opportunities.
