Licensed Funeral Director - At-Need Come Join our Team! We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Licensed Funeral Director to join our family funeral home. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who takes pride in serving families with care, dignity, and attention to detail while providing exceptional funeral service. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and confident in working with families during difficult and emotional times. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail are essential. Responsibilities Meet with families to arrange and coordinate funeral services. Guide families through the funeral arrangement and service-planning process. Coordinate visitations, funeral services, graveside services, and related arrangements. Direct and oversee funeral services in a professional and compassionate manner. Coordinate with cemeteries, clergy, crematories, florists, musicians, and other service providers. Complete necessary documentation, permits, and service-related paperwork accurately and timely. Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism throughout every stage of the funeral process. Assist with preparation and other funeral home duties as needed based on experience and licensing. Provide exceptional customer service while representing the funeral home with professionalism and integrity. Work collaboratively with our team to ensure every family receives personalized and meaningful service.
