Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Landscaper to join our dynamic outdoor maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing beautiful outdoor spaces through skilled landscaping and groundskeeping practices. Your expertise will help transform landscapes into vibrant, functional environments that meet both aesthetic and practical needs. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth and visual appeal of gardens and lawns Operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently +/- Install and repair hardscape features like pathways, patios, retaining walls, and other outdoor structures to enhance landscape design Maintain safety protocols during all outdoor work activities to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and team members Assist with seasonal tasks such as snow plowing to keep properties safe and attractive year-round Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping techniques Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment, hand tools, power tools, and specialized machinery like excavators or snow plow Construction experience or familiarity with hardscape installation is a plus Excellent attention to safety protocol adherence during all tasks to prevent accidents or injuries Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join us in creating stunning landscapes that inspire pride and joy!
