We take pride in providing high-quality lawn care and treating our customers' properties like they are our own. We believe quality comes before quantity . We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and understands that doing the job right is more important than simply getting it done quickly. What You'll Do Lead lawn care crews and ensure properties are maintained to our quality standards Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties Work independently on your own route at times Work alongside other crew members when needed Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company well Properly operate and care for commercial lawn care equipment Identify and address issues at properties and communicate them to management Make sure each property is completed thoroughly and leaves a clean, professional appearance What We're Looking For Someone who takes pride in their work Dependable, punctual, and hardworking Strong attention to detail Comfortable working both independently and with a team Able to work at a steady pace without sacrificing quality Good communication and customer-service skills Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred Experience operating commercial zero-turn mowers is a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Schedule 30-40 hours per week Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays depending on workload Seasonal position during the lawn care season with opertunities for work during snow season.
