Job Description
Lawn Care & Landscaping Crew Member Local Boys Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing lawn care and landscaping team. We are a local lawn and landscaping company providing mowing, property maintenance, landscaping, cleanups, mulch installation, shrub trimming, and other outdoor services. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, works well with a crew, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Weekly lawn mowing String trimming, edging, and blowing Mulch installation and bed edging Weeding and landscape bed maintenance Shrub and hedge trimming Spring and fall cleanups Leaf and debris removal Loading and unloading equipment and materials Assisting with other landscaping projects as needed Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean and organized What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up on time Strong work ethic Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor Able to work efficiently as part of a crew Attention to detail and pride in finished work Willingness to learn Lawn care or landscaping experience is a plus, but not required Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Schedule Primarily Monday-Friday during the lawn and landscaping season. Start and end times may vary depending on weather and workload. Pay Starting at $15-$18/hour depending on experience and ability. There is room for increased pay and responsibility for employees who prove they are dependable, efficient, and capable of taking on more responsibility.
