Duties Assisting, inspiring and directing shoppers, providing excellent Customer Service Assist in coordination of local deliveries Hand water plants as needed Inventory management: including loading, organizing, labeling, pricing and scanning product.

Administrative duties:

Assist with answering phones, scan/check-out customers and some daily paperwork. Computer knowledge required Work in various weather conditions Excellent communication and comprehension skills Willingness to learn and accept direction from seasoned garden experts Basic plant identification skills or passion to learn Ability to regularly lift, push, pull & maneuver bulky loads of 50-75 pounds Standing/walking during most of the workday Experience/Qualifications Passionate about gardening and horticulture with some experience preferred. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customers. Previous retail experience including cashiering, POS operation, retail math skills, and cash handling is preferred. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms or willingness to learn digital sales tools. This role is perfect for energetic individuals eager to share their love of Gardening while developing valuable retail skills in a supportive team environment! Position is full time, days are Wednesday through Sunday during March through October, and Wednesday through Saturday during November through February.
