OPTI STAFFING IS HIRING - PANEL FABRICATION TECHNICIAN

Who We Are:

Our client is a well-established manufacturer specializing in custom-fabricated exterior and architectural panel systems. Their team works in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment, producing detailed, high-quality panels for commercial construction projects. This is a hands-on fabrication role for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that accuracy and attention to detail matter.

What You'll Do:

Fabricate custom panels according to specifications and measurements Operate CNC machinery and a CNC cutting table Cut and form V-grooves and perform precision cuts Use rivet guns, chop saws, power tools, and hand tools Work with extrusions and cut clips to specified dimensions Work with adhesive materials and other panel components Peel protective plastic from finished materials Wrap, foam-pack, stack, and prepare completed panels for shipment Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise measurements Complete repetitive, labor-intensive fabrication tasks while maintaining quality Inspect your work for accuracy, fit, finish, and overall quality Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area Follow production procedures without rushing or sacrificing quality What's in It for

Competitive pay of $26-$29/hr. DOE Four 10-hour shifts, Monday-Thursday Climate-controlled work environment Company pays a portion of medical insurance after 6 months Additional bonus opportunities after 1 year Consistent schedule with Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off

What You Need:

Previous cabinetry or carpentry experience is required Experience using a tape measure with a strong focus on accuracy Comfortable using power tools and hand tools Experience with CNC equipment is a plus Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Safety-focused mindset and ability to follow procedures Comfortable performing repetitive and physically labor-intensive work Ability to work carefully and methodically without rushing Pride in craftsmanship and a genuine care for the quality of your work Ability to work independently while following detailed specifications Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
