Job Summary Perform landscaping and hardscaping installation tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. You will work with a small team of landscaping pros on projects such as installing trees and shrubbery, hardscaping for patios, walkways, and retaining walls. The ideal candidate will have related landscaping experience and a strong motivation to advance. This is a full-time year-round position. A driver's license is required to be considered. You should live within 10-15 miles of our location so that you can be on time every day. Pay varies depending on your experience and skills. Duties Install retaining walls, drainage systems, stone patios, pavers, and firepits. Plant, maintain, and remove shrubbery and trees. Determine detailed installation measurements and materials placement Utilize tools and machinery effectively and efficiently Comply with safety regulations and best practices. Skills Experience with landscape & hardscape installation and maintenance. Knowledge of groundskeeping to ensure high-quality landscape presentation. Proficient in using landscape and lawn care tools. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively to facilitate team cohesion and client satisfaction. Strong attention to detail to ensure quality results in all landscaping tasks.
