Description Employer seeking an individual with 3+ years of experience in the landscape & hardscape industry. Candidates will have full time work (some weekends) as part of our crew on high end residential and commercial landscaping/hardscaping jobs including but now limited to: Patios & walkways Outdoor kitchens Retention walls Pools Full landscape remodels Landscape models Assembling pergolas, saunas, outdoor kitchens and bars from our supplier as needed This is NOT an entry level position. Candidates MUST have a working knowledge of hardscaping installations and have been involved in their construction prior. A knowledge of their evaluation and a paid one week working evaluation is part of the hiring process. Pay is determined based on skills presented during the trial. Candidates must be self-starters, show initiative, and ability to follow instructions. Experience operating subcompact tractor, excavator and skid steer is a plus but not required. We have a strict attendance policy. No call shows will not be given a second chance. No drugs or alcohol on job sites. Clean driving record is a must. 2 references are required from either past employment or customers if previously self employed. Additional Details
