Position Summary Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Groundskeeping Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining our manufactured home community, handling seasonal groundskeeping. If you are a reliable individual who takes pride in quality work we want to hear from you!

Scope of Work:

Community Grounds:

Perform lawn maintenance and outside grounds work to keep the community looking its best..

Requirements & Qualifications:

Must have working knowledge and experience operating lawn maintenance equipment. A professional demeanor and team-player attitude when interacting with residents and co-workers. Commitment to following all safety precautions and guidelines.

Pay:

$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
