You will manage a dedicated crew, drive company vehicles, operate commercial equipment, and serve as the main point of contact on site. Key Responsibilities Lead, train, and manage a 2-3 person mowing crew on daily routes. Safely operate commercial mowers (zero-turns, stand-ons), weed trimmers, edgers, and blowers. Drive truck and utility trailer rigs safely to and from job sites. Ensure job sites meet quality standards before departing (clean lines, crisp edging, clear hard surfaces). Perform routine daily maintenance checks on equipment and report repair needs promptly. Communicate effectively with property owners and management.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Minimum 2 years leading a commercial mowing crew.
Driver's License:
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (trailer pulling experience required).
Skills:
Expert knowledge of lawn equipment operation and routine maintenance.
Physical Ability:
Able to work outdoors in summer heat, lift 50+ lbs, and work on your feet all day.
Leadership:
