Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to communicate effectively. As a crew member, you and your team members will be responsible for day-to-day installation of our clients' projects. Responsibilities Operate landscaping equipment and tools safely and effectively. Install basic irrigation, grading and trenching. Perform manual tasks such trenching and mulching. Stake and tie trees and shrubs. Prune trees, shrubs, and vines to encourage healthy growth. Apply fertilizers and other chemicals as instructed. Recognize plant material in stress or in a problem state. Communicating with supervisors should arise any issues. Adhere to safety protocol and wear all required PPE. Requirement/Skills

• General knowledge of landscape equipment usage and maintenance.
• Follow all safety standards and guidelines.
• Ability to work as a team member.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.
• Ability to carry and lift 80 lbs. Ability to work in various weather conditions.

Pay:
