Duties Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, planting, and pruning to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy Operate groundskeeping and landscaping equipment including power tools, lawn mowers, and hedge trimmers safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members Contribute to groundskeeping projects involving tree care, gardening and landscape enhancements Requirements Previous outdoor work experience or familiarity with groundskeeping activities is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, lawn care, pruning, and planting Strong commitment to safety protocol adherence when using equipment or working around outdoor hazards Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods
