Position Overview:

We are seeking General Helpers to join our growing team. General Helpers will assist with digging, trenching, moving materials, and other duties as assigned while learning the trade.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual labor including hand digging, trenching, and operating light machinery. Maintain a clean, organized service truck and inventory. Provide professional customer service on job sites.

Qualifications & Requirements:

For General Helpers:

Prior irrigation experience preferred but not required; hands-on training can be provided.

Driver's License:

Valid Texas Class C Driver's License with a clean driving record Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be dependable, punctual, and a team player Must be available to work Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm Must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work outdoors year-round in extreme Texas weather conditions. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and shovel for extended periods.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly pay with raise after probationary period. Monday-Friday only - No weekends required Three Paid Holidays a year No health or Dental Insurance provided. We are looking for long-term team members who are willing to work hard every day with great attitudes and genuine care. Hands on training and opportunities to be promoted are available for the right candidate.
