Job Description
Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old and 23 to operate a company fleet vehicle. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Prior landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required. Employees required to operate company vehicles must possess a valid driver's license and meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) standards. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed. Physical Demands/Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, twist, and perform repetitive manual labor throughout the workday. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Ability to safely operate landscaping tools and equipment, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including safety footwear, high-visibility clothing, gloves, eye protection, hearing protection, and head protection. Work Environment Work is performed primarily outdoors with frequent exposure to direct sunlight and varying weather conditions, including temperatures above 100°F, below 32°F, and varying levels of humidity. Exposure to dust, dirt, fumes, mud, uneven terrain, and other outdoor conditions. Work performed near automotive traffic, moving equipment, bodies of water, and electrical hazards. Exposure to loud noise from landscaping equipment and construction activities. Exposure to plants, pollen, ragweed, insects (including bees and spiders), and wildlife, including snakes and lizards.
