Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Landscape Laborer and play a vital role in creating beautiful, functional outdoor spaces. In this energetic position, you will assist with a variety of landscape and maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality results that enhance the environment. Your hands-on work will contribute to the transformation and maintenance of Municipal Utility Districts. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in landscaping, horticulture, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Duties Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as edging, trimming, and mowing Maintain district ponds, channels and facilities through mowing, edging, aeration, and fertilization to ensure healthy turf growth Perform and document visual inspections of Municipal Utility Districts Help with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Skills Experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Proficiency with hand tools (shovels, rakes, pruners) and power tools (trimmers, blowers) Ability to follow safety procedures when working with equipment and around construction sites Strong physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to build a career in landscaping or construction.
