Key Requirements:
General labor, groundskeeping, apartment maintenance, or similar experience preferredApartment/multi-family property experience is a plusMust be able to work independently without constant supervisionPerform groundskeeping and upkeep of apartment community, leasing office, parking lots, and common areasRemove trash from office areas, grounds, and vacant apartmentsAssist with apartment cleanouts and make-ready preparationAssist with basic mechanical, carpentry, and electrical maintenance tasksReport maintenance concerns to the Maintenance SupervisorMust be neat, clean, professional, and able to communicate effectively with residents and staffShifts:
