Job Description

Massanutten Resort Job Summary Assist the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Golf Course Superintendent in maintaining the day-to-day care of the golf courses. High school diploma or the equivalency is necessary unless currently attending school. Must have a valid driver's license and approved driving record. Previous experience in turfgrass is preferred. Must be able to work outside for long periods of time and in inclement weather. Physical requirements such as stooping, bending, and lifting an average weight of 30 pounds are also needed. Required High School Diploma or equivalent Dependable with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent customer service skills Good problem-solving skills Ability to work with others Preferred Golf Experience in turfgrass a plus Previous experience operating landscaping equipment, including string trimmers (weed eaters), leaf blowers, and lawn mowers
