Job Overview Our Lawn care and landscape/Gardening divisions are growing! We are looking for the best lawn care professionals in the area to help us grow and provide high-quality lawn and garden care to our customers and reliable snow removal services in the winter. We are looking for a gentle leader who works well with others and holds themself and others to a high-quality standard. The perfect person for this job is someone who is mentally flexible and enjoys doing different things from day to day. Qualities we look for in candidates include: Reliability Team Player Ability to lead others Desire to Learn Strong Work Ethic Commitment to the Trade Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilization to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns Use hand tools and power tools for landscape maintenance tasks such as spring cleanups and fall leaf cleanups. Operate machinery such as commercial zero turn mowers, compact tractors and snowplows If asked to stay on for a year-round position. Drive a truck with a trailer keep clear records of work performed. Qualifications Prior experience in lawn care and snow plowing is required; However, training will be provided for the right candidate who only has minimal experience. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is essential Must have a good driving record and valid drivers license Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques including mowing, pruning, planting, mulching, driveway grading, brush hogging and soil management Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively Strong understanding of lawn care practices Physical and mental stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Join our team if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor environments!
