Position Overview Park Place LTD is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Associate to help maintain the high standards our brand is known for. This role is essential in ensuring our dealership grounds, buildings, and outdoor spaces remain clean, safe, and visually exceptional for both clients and team members. Working closely with our Inventory & Logistics Manager and lot operations team, this position also supports overall property flow and presentation, contributing to the seamless movement and display of our world-class vehicle inventory. Key Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dealership grounds, including walkways, parking areas, and exterior spaces Perform routine upkeep such as trash removal, leaf blowing, and general site organization Care for landscaping elements including watering, trimming, and seasonal upkeep Complete light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, and basic facility upkeep Assist with seasonal duties including pressure washing, snow removal, and weather-related preparation Support lot operations as needed in coordination with the Inventory & Logistics Manager and porter team Identify and report safety concerns or maintenance needs proactively Follow all safety procedures and company standards Take on additional tasks as needed to support overall facility operations Qualifications Previous experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, or general labor preferred Comfortable using basic tools and maintenance equipment Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and stay self-directed Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license required Why Park Place?
