Job Description

Seeking a reliable PT landscape/maintenance technician. We provide a fun and friendly work environment, and offer a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will be responsible, hardworking, will have the ability to lift/carry 60 lbs, have a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle (with the ability to haul mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, etc.), and will possess a can-do attitude. Previous maintenance experience preferred, but not required.
Duties:
  • Property Rounds
  • Landscaping
  • Snow removal (as needed)
  • Assist with property repairs
