Job Description

This position is based out of our Hartford, WI office. Daily commute will be required. Position Details:

Perform lawn care services for our customers (fertilizer, weed control, pest management, aerations, etc.) Quote & sell lawn care services in the field Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable by our coverage provider Willingness to obtain a Pesticide Applicator License (if needed). We assist you in this process. Freedom to manage your own route and really impact your own paycheck Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no-obligation lawn quotes Door-to-door community outreach, team format Establish strong communication skills needed to become a top performer during the Summer & Fall - leads to more income from sales commissions & bonuses Environmentally Focused Eco-friendly lawn care service Educate and advocate for a integrated pest management lawn care approach Community Focused Voted # 1 Forbes Best Lawn Care services 2023 Raised tens of thousands of dollars for Ronald McDonald House Charities and other local and national charities.
