Lawn Care Crew Member

• $22•25/hr + Winter Snow Work OneCall Property Services•Holmen, WI We're a growing local lawn care and property service company looking for someone dependable to join our crew and become a long-term part of the team.

We're not looking for someone just to finish out this season. We want someone who can learn how we operate, work well with our crew, come back with us next year, and potentially move into a Crew Lead position next season. What the job looks like Most days start around 6:45 AM at our shop in Holmen. Hours generally range from 35-45 hours per week , with up to around 10 hours of overtime during busier weeks.

Day-to-day work includes:

Running weekly mowing routes Operating commercial zero-turn/stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers and other equipment Driving work trucks and pulling/backing trailers Aeration, overseeding, cleanups and other seasonal lawn work Jumping into landscaping projects when needed Loading/unloading and keeping trucks, trailers and equipment organized Working as part of a small crew and communicating with customers when needed Experience with commercial lawn equipment, trucks and trailers is strongly preferred. What we expect We provide a premium service and have customers who hire us because they want their property taken care of the right way. We don't rush through properties just to get to the next one. We expect our crew to pay attention to details and leave a property looking clean and finished. We're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Is neat, organized and takes care of equipment Pays attention to the small details Can work efficiently without sacrificing quality Is comfortable working outside and doing physical work Can take direction, learn quickly and eventually work independently Is willing to help with landscaping and other property services when needed Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record Wants to be part of a team and stick around as the company grows Pay & opportunity Starting pay: $22/hour The first two weeks are a training/probationary period. Pay can move up to $25/hour based on how quickly you learn, your ability to safely operate equipment, quality of work and overall fit with the crew. This position also has the opportunity to develop into a Crew Lead position next season with additional responsibility and pay. Winter work We'd like this person to stay with us through the winter as well. Seasonal unemployment is available during downtime, with snow removal work available whenever it snows. Snow removal pays $30

• 35/hour depending on experience and responsibilities.

Snow work includes operating snowblowers and other snow removal equipment and does require availability when storms come through. We're a small but growing company, and I'm looking for someone who wants to become a real part of the team as we grow. Our crews get customer tips from time to time, there's plenty of opportunity to learn more, and I want this position to turn into a Crew Lead role for the right person next season.
