We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team asa Seasonal Landscaper, with the opportunity to transitioninto a full-time role based on experience. This position offers a competitive starting wage of $25.00/hr,and may increase depending on your expertise and skills.
Job Responsibilities:
The role involves a variety of outdoor landscaping tasks, including fencing installation, shoveling, raking, constructing retaining walls, and operating heavy equipment. Candidates must demonstrate a proactive attitude, the ability to work independently, strong creative problem-solving skills, and effective communication to ensure smooth project completion.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Experience operating heavy equipment is highly valued and will enhance your suitability for this position. However, a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic are equally important.
