Grow into a long-term career with a team that promotes from within. What You'll Own Keep properties looking their best by mowing, trimming, and edging as part of your crew. Take pride in clean lines and healthy turf on every property you touch. Keep the crew moving, loading and unloading equipment and helping the route run on time. Take care of the gear, keeping mowers, trimmers, and tools clean and ready to run. Learn the trade, picking up the skills that turn a crew member into a foreman. Keep clients covered in winter if you want the hours: when the snow flies, crew members who want year-round work can join the snow crews. What You Bring A strong work ethic and the reliability to show up and put in a full day outdoors. No experience required. Some mowing or turf-care background is a plus, but we'll train you. The physical ability to be on your feet all day and to lift and handle equipment and materials up to 50 lbs, working outdoors in all seasons. A flexible, season-based schedule with early starts during mowing season. A valid driver's license is a plus, but not required. Why Alt's Operation Steady pay starting at $21/hr.

Year-round potential:
