Earn steady, year-round pay with a growing team. This is an experienced foreman role. You should already know turf maintenance and be ready to lead a crew and run a route on day one. What You'll Own Lead a lawn maintenance crew of two keeping residential and commercial properties mowed, trimmed, and sharp all season. Run efficient routes, managing the day's schedule so every property gets done right and on time. Set the quality standard , delivering clean lines, healthy turf, and the detail work clients notice. Keep your crew coordinated and productive , running daily equipment and truck prep and looking out for one another. Handle the equipment , keeping mowers, trimmers, and tools maintained and ready to run. Build the next generation by training and mentoring newer crew members to the standard. Keep clients covered all winter : when the snow flies, you and your crew clear commercial and residential properties. Winter snow response is on-call and can include nights, weekends, and holidays during storm events. What You Bring Proven lawn care or turf maintenance experience is required, including some crew-lead or supervisory experience. Working knowledge of mowing, trimming, edging, and general turf maintenance. Strong scheduling and route-management skills to keep a crew productive across multiple properties a day. A valid driver's license and a clean, insurable driving record. A Wisconsin pesticide or fertilizer applicator license is a plus, though not required for this role. The physical ability to be on your feet all day and to lift, push, and handle equipment and materials of 50+ lbs, working outdoors in all seasons.
