We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) Technician to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced lawn-care professional who wants to work directly with ownership, take responsibility for their route, and grow with a local company.

IMPORTANT

Applicants must have a valid Florida L&O license and previous professional lawn-care/L&O experience to be considered. Responsibilities Perform Lawn & Ornamental applications, including: Fertilization Weed control Insect and pest control Disease management Grub control Aeration Safely operate company vehicles and lawn-care application equipment Inspect lawns and identify common turf, weed, insect, and disease issues Make appropriate lawn-health recommendations Apply products accurately according to label requirements and company standards Complete service records using company software Communicate professionally with customers Answer basic customer questions about lawn treatments and recommendations Maintain a clean and professional appearance at customer properties Follow all safety procedures and company standards Required Qualifications Valid Florida Lawn & Ornamental (L&O) license —

Previous professional lawn-care, L&O, landscaping, or pest-control experience —
