⚓ Lawn Technician - Captain's Lawn ServicesDo You Belong on This Crew? Do you enjoy the smell of fresh-cut grass? Consider sweating profusely outdoors just another day at the office? Can you spot a crooked edge or missed patch from across the yard? Then you might belong on our crew. Captain's Lawn Services is looking for an experienced Route Technician with a background in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or a similar outdoor trade . This isn't a desk job. You'll be outside, working with your hands, operating equipment, and helping our crews keep customers' properties shipshape. What You'll Be Doing Mowing residential and commercial properties Edging, string trimming, and blowing Trimming and maintaining shrubs and hedges Operating commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently Identifying basic lawn, landscape, and irrigation issues Keeping trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized Completing assigned routes efficiently and on schedule Maintaining Captain's quality standards at every property Who We're Looking For Lawn maintenance and/or landscape experience is strongly preferred. You should be comfortable operating commercial mowers, edgers, trimmers, and blowers and understand what a professionally maintained property should look like. More importantly, we're looking for someone who: Shows up on time and ready to work Takes pride in the details Works hard without sacrificing quality Works well as part of a crew Takes care of company equipment Can handle Florida heat and changing weather Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn A valid driver's license and clean driving record are a major plus. A Fair Warning... Florida is hot. Grass grows fast. Rain doesn't always cooperate. And yes, you're going to sweat. A lot.
