We provide recurring lawn maintenance, landscaping services, and property cleanups with a focus on dependable service, quality workmanship, and professional customer care. As our service area continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, motivated team members who take pride in outdoor work and want to grow with a professional local company. Position Overview We are seeking a Lawn Care Crew & Landscaping Technician to help maintain residential properties and provide high-quality lawn and landscape services. This is a hands-on outdoor position that involves mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, landscape maintenance, and property cleanups. Entry-level candidates are welcome! Training is available for the right person. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, willing to learn, and committed to doing quality work. What You'll Do Mow residential lawns on weekly and bi-weekly schedules String trim around fences, trees, landscaping beds, and other obstacles Edge sidewalks, driveways, curbs, and other hard surfaces Blow grass clippings and debris from sidewalks, driveways, and other hard surfaces Assist with landscape maintenance, including shrub trimming, mulch installation, weed removal, and property cleanups Identify property concerns and communicate them to management Operate and care for commercial lawn and landscaping equipment Load and unload equipment and trailers safely Keep trucks, trailers, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow company safety procedures and proper equipment-handling practices Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers Qualifications Lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred, but not required Training is available for candidates who are motivated to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record required for driver positions Must be able to pass a background check and have no disqualifying criminal history Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and changing weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow directions and work efficiently Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Additional Skills That Are a Plus Experience using commercial lawn equipment Knowledge of plant identification and pruning Irrigation repair experience Landscape installation experience Pesticide or herbicide license What We Offer $15.00
