Requirements:

High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with 3 years of driving experience Category 24 Pesticide License (or willingness to obtain) 2+ years of lawn treatment experience Clean driving record (per company insurance requirements) Reliable transportation to work Drug-free workplace Ideal Candidate Hard working, dependable self-motivated individual Physically fit, able to lift 50lbs, and walk long distances Able to work independently, time management skills, and complete daily routes Love working outdoors

Position Overview:

Provide service to residential and commercial customers by making timely lawn applications, diagnosing potential concerns, and correcting lawn problems through services and other customer communications. You will have the responsibility for your own route and book of business. Some of the responsibilities include but are not limited to, routing, territory growth, customer communications, and customer account maintenance. You will control your day to day schedule and your potential earnings with no cap on commissions! This is an excellent opportunity for an energetic, self-motivated, and goal oriented individual.
