Unlimited Lawn Care is seeking hardworking and dependable individuals from the local area to join our team as Lawn Care Technicians. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will play a crucial role in servicing our growing customer base by providing weed control and fertilization services to approximately 850 customers along your designated route. You will be equipped with a GMC truck, complete with full air-conditioning, tablets, and printers to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. This is a full-time year-round position, offering continuous opportunities for growth and advancement. We prioritize employee development and provide full paid training to equip you with the necessary skills to excel in this role. Along with a guaranteed weekly pay, you will have the opportunity to earn additional commission based on your performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform weed control and fertilization services for residential and business clients along your designated route.
• Utilize the provided tablets and printers to access and update customer information and service records.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all assigned tasks and maintain a high level of productivity.
• Comply with safety protocols and follow proper application techniques to deliver quality lawn care services.
• Interact with customers professionally, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
• Proactively identify and report any issues or opportunities for improvement in the service delivery process.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in lawn care or a similar field is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driver's License is required.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and integrity are essential qualities we seek in candidates.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your route to meet customer expectations.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Physical ability to handle equipment and tools used in lawn care activities.
• Prior experience in applying weed control and fertilization treatments is a plus.
