Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for groundskeeping, with a strong understanding of lawn mowing practices. This role involves working outdoors to ensure the health and aesthetics of various lawns, including residential and commercial properties. The Lawn Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the weekly upkeep and beautification of lawns . Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks. Perform shrub trimming and pruning to maintain the health and appearance of trees. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment. Conduct groundskeeping duties, including mowing, edging, weeding, and mulching. Assist with landscape maintenance projects, including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees. Participate in snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain a clean work area and adhere to safety protocols at all times. Skills Experience with power tools like lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers. Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repair. Familiarity with irrigation systems and landscape design principles. Ability to perform groundskeeping tasks efficiently while paying attention to detail. Knowledge of tree trimming techniques and plant care best practices. Experience in snow plowing is a plus during winter seasons.
