Job Description
Magnolia Connection is hiring! Magnolia Connection is growing, and we are looking for a therapist who wants to do meaningful clinical work as part of a supportive, collaborative practice. We are particularly interested in clinicians who enjoy working with children and families , including neurodivergent children and children with a wide range of behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs. An ideal candidate may already have training in Play Therapy or Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) or be interested in becoming trained in PCIT. Specialized experience is certainly welcome, but it is not required. For clinicians who are motivated to grow their skills in this area, training and support are available . Whether you already bring specialized experience or are motivated to develop it, we want to provide the resources and support that allow you to continue growing as a clinician. Come Be a Therapist, Not a Small Business Owner One of the things that makes working at Magnolia different is that we want our clinicians to spend their time doing the work they were trained to do. We take care of the many pieces that can make private practice exhausting: building referral relationships, marketing, maintaining a strong client pipeline, billing, administrative systems, and the other day-to-day responsibilities of running a practice. You do not need to market yourself or build your own caseload. Magnolia has an established client base and strong referral relationships. We handle the business side so your focus can remain on providing excellent therapy and completing high-quality clinical documentation. Who We're Looking For We would love to meet a clinician who: Is appropriately licensed or license-eligible to provide psychotherapy Enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families Has an interest in working with neurodivergent children and their families Is either a Play Therapist or PCIT-trained or interested in pursuing PCIT/Play Therapy training Values individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care Is curious and committed to continued clinical growth Values collaboration and enjoys being part of a team Is dependable and takes pride in thoughtful, timely clinical documentation Wants the autonomy and meaningful clinical work of private practice without having to manage all of the business responsibilities of practicing independently Why Magnolia? We have worked hard to create the kind of practice where excellent clinicians can build sustainable careers, continue growing professionally, and spend their time doing work they care about. We also recognize that clinicians differ in how much they want to work and what they want their careers to look like. We value flexibility and want to help our clinicians develop a workload that fits their professional goals and season of life.
