Perform routine inspection and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required. A proactive attitude with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently is essential for success in this energetic environment. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous for safe operation and troubleshooting. A strong willingness to learn and being on time to work is a must in this industry; tardiness and a poor work ethic is not tolerated. Showing respect for our clients while operating lawn care machinery through, near, and around landscape beds, cars, homes, and other personal property is crucial to our success. Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance techniques, or tree care practices will help you excel in this role.
