Overview Join our dynamic lawn care team as a Lawn Care Technician and become an essential part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional landscapes! Whether you're mowing lawns, pruning shrubs, or planting gorgeous landscapes, your contribution will help create lush, healthy environments that thrive. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using various power tools and hand tools to ensure pristine turf conditions. Conduct tree care activities such as pruning and trimming to promote healthy growth and safety. Support seasonal tasks like snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe. Perform routine inspection and maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure longevity and optimal performance. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required. A proactive attitude with the ability to follow safety protocols diligently is essential for success in this energetic environment. Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with hand tools and power tools are advantageous for safe operation and troubleshooting. A strong willingness to learn and being on time to work is a must in this industry; tardiness and a poor work ethic is not tolerated. Showing respect for our clients while operating lawn care machinery through, near, and around landscape beds, cars, homes, and other personal property is crucial to our success. Knowledge of horticulture principles, landscape maintenance techniques, or tree care practices will help you excel in this role. During our busiest weeks, employees may work Monday - Friday for up to 12 hours a shift. Are you willing and able to work 50+ hours per week when needed?
