Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various landscaping techniques and the ability to operate both hand and power tools.

Responsibilities:

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
• Plant, irrigate, and maintain gardens and flower beds
• Install and maintain hardscape features such as walkways and patios
• Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed
• Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears
• Utilize power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries

Requirements:

• Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
• Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, and irrigation
• Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in lawn care
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
