Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the appearance of our clients' lawns and landscapes. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various landscaping techniques and the ability to operate both hand and power tools.Responsibilities:
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns
- Plant, irrigate, and maintain gardens and flower beds
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as walkways and patios
- Prune trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other chemicals as needed
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and pruning shears
- Utilize power tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and inquiries
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or related field preferred
- Knowledge of landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, and irrigation
- Familiarity with hand tools and power equipment used in lawn care
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record We offer competitive pay based on experience.
