Valid driver's license Required! We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate takes pride in delivering professional lawn care services and maintaining high-quality standards for residential and commercial properties. This position primarily involves mowing and maintaining lawns, with occasional landscaping projects and property enhancement work. Key Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns to company quality standards. Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean and professional appearance of customer properties. Pay close attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finished product. Remove grass clippings, debris, and leaves from work areas. Communicate professionally with customers and team members. Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs. Assist with landscaping projects as needed, including: Mulch installation Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees Bed maintenance and cleanup Sod installation General landscape improvements Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines. Qualifications Valid driver's license Required! Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Desired Skills Professional attitude and strong work ethic. Time management and organizational skills.
