Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn and Landscape Applicator and play a vital role in maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes for our clients. This energetic position involves applying fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments to ensure lawns and outdoor spaces thrive. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through precise application techniques, operating various tools and equipment, and providing expert advice to customers. Duties Follow instructions and safely operate equipment necessary for lawn treatment applications Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other lawn care products accurately following safety protocols and industry standards Drive company vehicle to various job sites while maintaining a clean driving record and adhering to traffic laws Maintain detailed records of treatments applied, including dates, weather conditions, products used, and areas serviced Communicate effectively with clients about service procedures, and recommended follow-up actions Qualifications Prior experience or knowledge in lawn care, pest control, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is highly desirable Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and equipment is a plus Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate company vehicles safely required Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety guidelines Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Willingness to learn new techniques related to lawn care and pest control applications This position offers weekends off, year-round work, and advancement opportunities.
