billion in sales in 2025. Job DescriptionSika Corporation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join it's growing team in the Sealy, TX area for its roofing business. The maintenance supervisor will handle general facility maintenance and supports the manufacturing process. This position reports to the Maintenance ManagerSupervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.

Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.

Assist in managing outside contractors.

Key member of a team that is responsible to ensure efficient operation of production machinery.

Coordinate all maintenance projects.

Handle general facility maintenance.

General office and manufacturing maintenanceLubrication / oil changing of heavy production machineryRepair / replace bearings, gear-heads, belts, chains, conveyors, filters, etc.
