!Outdoor Services Technician — Level 1Entry-Level / Developing TechnicianJob Summary Nestease is seeking dependable and motivated Level 1 Outdoor Services Technicians to join our growing outdoor services team. This is our entry-level technician position and is designed for individuals who want to develop professional lawn care, landscaping, and property-service skills. Previous professional landscaping experience is not required . Level 1 Technicians work alongside more experienced team members while learning Nestease service standards, equipment operation, property care, job-site procedures, and production expectations. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, coachable, able to follow instructions, willing to learn, and prepared for physically demanding outdoor work. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, string trimming, blowing, and general lawn maintenance. Assist with mulching, bush trimming, weed removal, leaf removal, yard cleanups, and other landscape services. Assist with seasonal outdoor services including aeration & overseeding, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, sprinkler services, snow/ice services, and holiday lighting. Learn safe operation of commercial outdoor equipment including stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and related equipment. Follow instructions provided by Crew Leads, experienced technicians, and management. Maintain clean and professional job sites. Load and unload equipment and materials. Maintain organization of company vehicles, trailers, tools, and equipment. Use company applications for assignments, property notes, routes, and service updates. Report equipment, property, service, or safety concerns to the appropriate team member or management. Arrive on time and prepared for scheduled work. Experience Requirements Professional lawn care or landscaping experience is not required.
