Job Description

Outdoor Services Technician — Level 2Experienced Outdoor Services TechnicianJob Summary Nestease is seeking an experienced Level 2 Outdoor Services Technician capable of independently performing routine lawn care, landscaping, and outdoor property services to company standards. Unlike our entry-level position, Level 2 Technicians are expected to arrive with previous professional outdoor-service experience and require substantially less hands-on instruction for routine services. This position is ideal for someone who understands professional route-based lawn care, can safely operate commercial equipment, maintains consistent service quality, follows property-specific instructions, and can contribute productively to a crew from the beginning of employment. Responsibilities Independently perform professional mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing. Perform mulching, landscape-bed maintenance, weed removal, bush/shrub trimming, leaf removal, and yard cleanups. Perform or assist with additional Nestease outdoor-service categories. Safely and efficiently operate commercial stand-on mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and related equipment. Follow assigned production times and daily route schedules. Review and follow customer/property-specific job instructions. Identify service-quality issues before leaving a property. Properly load, unload, organize, and care for equipment. Perform routine pre-use equipment inspections. Communicate service or equipment issues promptly. Use Nestease applications for routes, job information, property notes, and service updates. Work effectively alongside Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 technicians. Maintain professional customer interactions and property presentation.
Experience Requirements Minimum target:
1+ year of professional lawn care, landscaping, grounds maintenance, or comparable outdoor property-service experience. Applicants should already have demonstrated experience with several of the following: Professional residential and/or commercial lawn mowing. Commercial stand-on or zero-turn mower operation. String trimming and professional edging. Backpack/handheld blower operation. Route-based lawn servicing. Mulching and landscape-bed work. Bush and shrub trimming. Yard and seasonal cleanups. Safe loading/unloading and organization of commercial equipment. Working around homes, vehicles, landscaping, fences, and other customer property without causing damage. A Level 2 candidate should not require basic instruction on how to mow, trim, edge, or blow a residential property. Level 2 Expectations Level 2 technicians are expected to demonstrate: Consistent quality + safe equipment operation + productive work pace + limited supervision + strong instruction-following + dependable attendance. Level 2 employees should be capable of helping maintain crew production rather than requiring another technician to continuously supervise their basic work. Demonstrated performance may lead to advancement to Level 3 Outdoor Services Technician or future Crew Lead opportunities.
Pay:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour
