Job Description
Outdoor Services Technician — Level 3Advanced Outdoor Services TechnicianJob Summary Nestease is seeking a highly experienced Level 3 Outdoor Services Technician for our outdoor services operation. This is an advanced technician position , not an entry-level landscaping role. Level 3 Technicians are expected to bring substantial professional field experience, advanced commercial equipment competency, strong production efficiency, consistent quality control, and the ability to perform with minimal supervision. A Level 3 Technician should be capable of entering an established lawn/landscape route and becoming a productive contributor without requiring basic service or equipment training . Level 3 technicians may also work alongside developing technicians and are expected to model proper service procedures, equipment practices, job-site awareness, and production standards. Responsibilities Independently execute professional residential and commercial lawn services. Efficiently operate commercial stand-on and/or zero-turn mowing equipment. Produce consistent mowing patterns, edging, trimming, blowing, and finished-property presentation. Perform landscaping services including mulch installation, bush/shrub trimming, landscape-bed maintenance, weed removal, leaf removal, and property cleanups. Perform or support more advanced and seasonal Nestease outdoor services. Review property-specific instructions and independently execute assigned work accordingly. Maintain strong production efficiency across route-based servicing. Identify and correct quality issues before leaving properties. Conduct routine equipment inspections and basic preventative maintenance within company guidelines. Recognize equipment problems and determine when equipment should be removed from service and reported. Protect customer property, company equipment, vehicles, and trailers. Assist developing technicians with proper techniques when directed. Communicate operational problems to management without requiring constant supervision. Use Nestease technology for routes, job information, property notes, and service updates.
