This is a full time, in person leadership role for someone who can organize daily propagation work, guide employees, protect plant quality and sanitation standards, and communicate clearly with site leadership. What You Will Do Lead assigned employees through daily direction, training, coaching, accountability, and clear expectations. Turn propagation plans and production targets into organized daily work assignments. Oversee approved propagation activities, including source plant handling, cutting preparation, rooting, plant care, grading, and transfer readiness. Monitor plant health, uniformity, rooting progress, plant losses, sanitation, worker hygiene, and completion of scheduled work. Coordinate labor coverage, materials, trays, tools, labels, and work priorities. Verify plant identity, counts, labels, movement records, and production documentation using approved systems. Inspect propagation areas, equipment, and supplies to support clean, safe, and efficient operations. Identify plant health, pest, disease, environmental, quality, safety, labor, and workflow concerns and communicate them promptly. Work closely with cultivation, growing, plant health, quality, compliance, maintenance, and human resources teams. What We Are Looking For Direct commercial cannabis propagation experience or comparable large scale greenhouse propagation experience. Experience leading employees, assigning work, training teams, monitoring results, and addressing performance concerns. Strong understanding of propagation, plant handling, rooting, sanitation, quality expectations, production flow, and safe work practices. Ability to recognize and escalate plant health, pest, disease, environmental, and process concerns. Strong organization, reliability, professional communication, accountability, and attention to detail. Experience maintaining plant, production, labor, and task records. Experience using production, cultivation tracking, scheduling, inventory, greenhouse control, or compliance systems. Ability to reliably report to the Camarillo Farm for every assigned shift. Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to work in the United States. Preferred Experience Cannabis propagation or greenhouse nursery supervision. Cutting preparation, rooting, plant grading, transplant readiness, sanitation, and propagation reporting. Environmental monitoring, irrigation, plant health, pest pressure, and propagation quality. Professional communication in English. Spanish language ability is a plus.

Pay:
