Do you love plants and have a great eye for detail? We're looking for a reliable, plant-savvy team member to help us expand our interior plant care services in the San Diego area. This is a part-time role to start , focused on general plant maintenance for residential and commercial clients, with strong potential to grow into a full-time position as the route develops. About the Role You'll be the go-to plant expert for a new service area, helping our clients keep their plants healthy, clean, and thriving.

Key responsibilities:

Routine plant maintenance (watering, pruning, dusting, pest checks) Assessing plant health and making care recommendations Maintaining a consistent service schedule Communicating clearly and professionally with clients Tracking visits and plant needs Ideal Candidate Has a minimum of 4 months of professional hands-on experience caring for houseplants (plant shop, nursery, maintenance) Knowledgeable about common tropical plants and their care Detail-oriented and dependable Friendly, professional, and confident working independently Has reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Comfortable using a phone for scheduling, notes, and communication Schedule & Growth Part-time to start Flexible weekday scheduling (ideally starting on Tuesdays or Wednesdays) Clear path to more hours and full-time work as the client base grows Compensation Hourly rate Paid drive time between clients Growth opportunities within the company About Us Hey!
