Highly Experienced Pest Control Technician

Responsibilities Perform residential and commercial pest control services with professionalism and attention to detail. Diagnose and treat a wide variety of pest issues, including: General household pests (ants, spiders, scorpions, earwigs, crickets, etc.) German roach infestations Subterranean termites (liquid treatments and baiting systems) Rodent control and exclusion Weed control (pre

• and post-emergent applications) Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity and recommend effective treatment plans.

Educate customers on pest prevention and provide outstanding customer service. Safely apply pesticides, herbicides, and other products according to label directions and state regulations. Maintain accurate service records using mobile software. Operate and maintain company vehicles, spray equipment, bait stations, and other tools. Represent Crandell Pest Control professionally while building long-term customer relationships. Assist with occasional training and mentoring of newer technicians as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of professional pest control experience preferred.

Strong experience with:

General Pest Control German Roach Treatments Termite Inspections and Treatments Rodent Control and Exclusion Weed Control Arizona Structural Pest Control License preferred (or ability to obtain). Weed control certification is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
